The Memory Keeper's Daughter

I stayed up late last night to finish The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards. I really liked the book a lot. The ending was just okay, although I don't know what the author could have done to make it better.

I found a typo at the beginning of the book, page 11. "More nervous than his in first anatomy class...." Shouldn't that read "More nervous than IN HIS first anatomy class..."? Hmmmmm. I forgot to mention I found a typo in The Secret Life of Becky Miller also. It was a word (don't remember what) that had a number in the middle of it. Weird.

Rating: 4/5

I totally agree - I thought the ending was disappointing - but yes, how to change it?!?!? I did think it was worth reading though - sure makes you think about the power of "telling the truth" doesn't it?!?

I haven't read this one yet. Maybe someday.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who spots mistakes. Books, movies, TV shows - I'm always on the lookout for something not quite right. Dom hates when I find mistakes, especially in medical shows (I'm a nurse). Is every patient on oxygen and IV's, especially ones that aren't connected to anything??
